I can honestly say in over 30 years of car buying experiences, this was by far, the very best!!!! I wouldn’t even call this a car buying experience because it broke the mold on what I used to think that was. Stephen is so kind and laid-back in such a way that we felt no pressure whatsoever during this experience. We felt like the team of employees at Benton Nissan of Columbia were on a mission to be different. Best dealership in the area, I went to several dealers from AL to Nashville to get out of a negative equity position and while they all said they could do it THEY COULD NOT -ONLY JT, Taylor, AND the nicest finance guy ever, and MOST of all GM Chris, NO BS at all the whole time, they did it....thank you ALL I will be back as a loyal customer and will recommend everyone see you for a vehicle.
