From the moment we met, he treated us like people, not a sales quota. He was patient, honest, answered every question we threw at him, and somehow made the whole process feel easy. I never felt pressured or rushed, which is about as rare as finding extra fries at the bottom of the bag. He went above and beyond to make sure we found the right vehicle and that we were comfortable every step of the way. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers, and that kind of service is hard to find these days.
