I had an excellent experience at Benton Nissan. All staff was friendly and helpful. The GM checked in with us a few times. Not too much; just right. I did not feel any pressure. When we closed the deal, the finance manager was very efficient. Did not try to upsell me on various warranties and insurance, like so many other places. Best of all was our sales consultant, Calin Reid. He was knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Never pushy, which is a big deal for me. We had a hard time deciding between 2 SUV's and he was patient, answering constant questions and going for multiple test drives. Also just a cool guy to chat with. If you're in the market for a new car, give them a try. They have a wide selection, even outside of Nissan.

I am guessing most people are like me and dread buying a new car because you have go through the dealership pain. I am happy to say that was not my experience at Benton. It was a completely painless smooth process from start to delivery. I drove an hour and half (passed two local Nissan dealers in AL) because Benton had the best inventory and a lifetime powertrain warranty. I highly recommend asking for Calin in sales and Jess in Finance. Calin was knowledgeable, professional, and so easy to work with. I never felt any pressure and he delivered everything he promised and more (tinted windows, all weather mats, and a key fob protector). Jess in finance was equally awesome. She was also professional and got me through all the paperwork painlessly. If you are thinking about a Nissan, it is worth your time to drive to Benton no matter where you are coming from. Calin and Chris were extremely helpful in my car buying process. This was the first time I bought a car through a dealership and it was the best! I bought my Nissan Kicks during the snowstorm and I was surprised that they were even open. Calin was very thorough with the test drive, explaining all the features, and the credit application. Chris and Calin assured me there was no pressure since I did have previous experiences with pushy dealerships. They were super helpful and a great team of guys.

I just want to thank everyone at this dealership. They all made it a memorable experience. Calin is a great salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. He never pressured us except when offering us snacks becasue they taste better when they are free. Calin answered all of our questions and made sure that we understood everything. Everyone on the sales floor made a point to come over and introduce themselves to us inculding the GM. Calin and everyone in their business department worked hard to get me into the vehicle that I wanted and could afford. Calin explained everything in detail through out the whole process and helped to understand it. They were all great at getting us in and out in no time at all. I would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to give them a chance they are good people and they want help you.

Had an overall good experience at Nissan of Columbia, our salesman Calin was fantastic! Along with Chris, the sales Manager. Chris was able to give us a deal that was really hard to beat. Calin worked with us the whole process without any fuss or pushback. He was able to work alongside his manager for the smoothest process possible. However I cannot say the same about Lance, the sales manager that handled our paperwork. He was the most unprofessional sales Manager i have ever worked with. He gave me an attitude for everything. Calin Reid is a very polite, prompt, helpful, respectful, and courteous young man. The first day we arrived he had allowed us to test drive 2 vehicles in the first 15 minutes. Although we didn't purchase that day he stayed in touch with potential suv's we might like. We traded our Murano for another Murano. We love all the many Nissan cars and trucks we have owned.
