My wife and I bought our first car last week, and the staff at Benton Nissan made sure it was a smooth and painfree process! We were a little nervous having to complete the entire transaction remotely since we live out of town, but JP was extremely helpful with making sure we had all the information we needed to ensure we were purchasing the right car for us and then Jalen in financing made the documents process as easy as possible. When we arrived at the dealership a couple of days later to pickup our car, JP ensured it was spotless and ready for us, and Jalen had all the paperwork completed and ready for us to leave. Overall it was a great experience for a couple of first time buyers!
