I recently had my 2011 Xterra in for a few repairs. Jimmy and everyone in the service department were awesome! They even washed my car after they were finished with it. They text me and called me with the quotes of what I needed to have done. It was so convenient to accept or decline what I wanted at this time and save the rest for later. When I went in to pick it up, Jimmy was very kind and explained to me what all that they did and made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely be back!
I drove an hour out of my way to go Benton Service. I bought and always had my vehicle serviced at Boro Nissan and decided to finally go away from them. Benton Nissan Service department is absolutely wonderful with my first experience and I will continue to drive an hour out of my way for them. Jimmy is the BEST!!
