I can’t say enough about my service experience at Benton Nissan of Columbia, TN on Friday, January 30th, 2026. Jimmy was exceptional. I was having some recurring issues with the MyNissanConnect App as I was currently unable to to start my vehicle from the app. This is a very important feature to me because the winters have been very cold, even here in Tennessee. Jimmy worked with his Service team and for the 1st time ever I was able to start my vehicle from the app…AMAZING!! He also helped me with an issue I was having with my GPS not working properly. He went over the steps with me in the app and on the display in the vehicle. I have a much better understanding of how it works now. I’ve never seen a better display of knowledge, patience and understanding. I highly recommend Jimmy and the service team at Benton Nissan Of Columbia for your vehicle’s servicing needs.

I recently had my 2011 Xterra in for a few repairs. Jimmy and everyone in the service department were awesome! They even washed my car after they were finished with it. They text me and called me with the quotes of what I needed to have done. It was so convenient to accept or decline what I wanted at this time and save the rest for later. When I went in to pick it up, Jimmy was very kind and explained to me what all that they did and made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely be back!
