John Chorba made my experience really easy . I came in one day looking for a certain car in a certain color and he let me go check out all the ones they had and they didn't have the one I wanted . So I asked him how long typically does it take to get a car from another dealership he told me usually two days I told him thanks I was gonna go to a few more places and he didn't pressure me to get another car . I came back the next day and told him I wanted it and just needed to go talk to my bank. I went back to the dealership later with the check and they had just got the car in. I was amazed and happy he got me in the car I wanted the same day .

John Chorba is the ONE to go to buy a new or used car. He is family oriented and wants to make sure you are 1000% happy. I needed a car due to my son has a bad accident and was in the hospital ICU and I was on a short time frame, he showed me the car I wanted then also another one that was way better fit for me. He also tried to expedite the financing dept but there was only one finance guy there. I did have trouble with the transfer of my current tags to the new vehicle. My entire experience with Benton Nissan was top notch. Julian was a great to work with, and John was very helpful as well. From my initial inquiry to keys in hand, I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. After initial inquir, I was contacted quickly by Julian who got some basic info. After a short time, he had worked up some numbers on my trade and the whole transaction. The trade valuation was fair, and I did not feel like they were trying to bid low where it would become another negotiating point. We pretty easily came to a sales price I was happy with and made the deal. All of this was done via text, in advance. We then set up an appointment, starting with a test drive. Julian was very kind, helpful, and not at all pushy. They made some final preparations on the vehicle (detail, shine wheels, full tank of gas), and I had a brief meeting with Lance in finance. Lance was informative and helpful. While I was presented with extended warranty options, at no point did I feel pressured into a product. Soon after finance, I was in my new vehicle headed home. Super smooth experience. If you're looking for a car buying experience where the focus seems to be service oriented and people oriented rather than pushing sales, this is your place. I would highly recommend this dealership and specifically Julian and John as sales consultants.
