I found a great price on a 2026 Nissan Armada on AutoTrader late one night (probably 9:00pm). I sent them an inquiry asking for the OTD price. Within probably 15 mins I'm on the phone with Ben McAdams in sales and I have an OTD offer plus my trade in value probably within 30 minutes. These guys are outstanding. The best part, when I showed up to purchase the car, that OTD price did not change. There was no bait and switch just to get me in the door. This is an honest dealer. Shout out to Ben McAdams, Justin Sloan, and Jalen Dread. They all made the buying experience smooth and seamless. Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealer and I think you will have a good experience, too.

My wife and I had the best experience we have ever experienced buying a new car! We drove a long way but I would drive a lot farther to deal with Benton Nissan. James was a joy to work with throughout the entire process. James worked with sales manager Adrian Friarson, and got us a fantastic deal on a new Pathfinder. I have never worked with a better salesperson than James Pendergraft. James went above and beyond at every turn of the experience. Justin Sloan was the finance manager we worked with and he was fantastic as well. In the last week, I have contacted almost every Nissan dealer in Tennessee. I am absolutely blown away at the high level of customer service and professionalism we experienced at Benton Nissan of Columbia. These folks are on another level! Justin was my salesman. He is absolutely awesome! As soon as I walked through the doors I told them I was in need of a car that day and then men at the front brought me to Justin. Justin was patient with me and understood the car I needed. I needed a car that was good on gas, good for traveling, and decent payments. He reached my expectations and allowed me to fully understand everything. I suggest Benton Nissan. And I suggest going to Justin! He will get you the car you need.

Needed a smaller upgrade for a family vehicle. Went in not really sure what to get but Justin completely sold us on our new Rogue! He was so knowledgeable about the vehicles and honest as well which is very important to us. He was so fun and personable!
