What a Blessing. I am in my mid 50's and this was one of the best experiences yet, purchasing a vehicle. Trenton, Chris, and Lance went way above and beyond in our purchase. They worked over a couple of hours past closing time for the purchase because we were from out of town. Reviewed all the financial options so we could make the best decision for our family. Assisted after the sale with some additional items. Everyone was friendly, polite, and professional.

T.J. , Chris, Lance and the rest of the staff WORKED to make this purchase something that reminded me of how car buying used to be. A return to establishing a relationship rather than being adversarial. I had been dragging my feet for the past month or more, dreading the “back and forth”, “low balling” on trade in and “high pressure” tactics, while searching for my next buy. These guys got me the most for my trade, a fair price and an interest rate that’s affordable without the hassle of endless haggling making the four hour trip from Montgomery, Alabama worth it. Our service at Benton Nissan was excellent. We bought a 2024 used car. Sam and Patrick worked with us, and they showed that they wanted to earn our business. They both spoke plainly and straightforward as we talked about price and warranty etc...no "run around" They were very helpful and kind. ( We were third in line for our closing contracts, and we had been there a while, so they gave us both drinks and snacks.) I would be glad to buy from them again in the future. Lance handled our contracts and he was as warm and friendly as the sales team. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

Kris the sale rep very friendly and so very helpful, took the time to explain everything and he answered all my questions and my son in-law's questions. Kris even came in on his day off to close the sale. I ended up getting a flat tire the next day. I text Kris and he responded quickly with giving me info on road service. I brought my car in after work and Elisha the service advisor was great, she kept me advised as to what was going on not just letting me sit in the waiting room wondering. Chuck and Lance were very good in explaining the finance part and Lance went over and above with our 150 questions and he was very friendly. The service manager Kramer was very friendly the first day I was there he introduced himself and told me if I had any concerns not to hesitate to reach out to him. The day I got the flat tire Kramer came out to make sure everything was going well. Everyone was great from the woman at the front desk to all the above. I would highly recommend Benton Nissan of Columbia. I have worked in Customer Care for over 20 plus years customer care is a very important part of any business. Buying a vehicle now days is a big deal, and I was very nervous. I was grateful for the team at Benton. Thank you all so much for great service.

I had the pleasure of working with Kris Knecht at Benton Nissan when purchasing my Nissan Murano. He was friendly and very helpful.
