I want to tell my story and how I am amazed by The people that we dealt with inside the Nissan Dealer. They were so amazing. I am so amazed by the Christian music that they play. I’m a big Christian and I love Christian music. It just warmed my heart!! The people that work there are very polite and they come up to you and introduce themselves and make conversation. I have never been to a facility like this that is so welcoming. When I got to the Benton Nissan in Columbia TN, I didn’t know what I wanted for a vehicle. I really just went to look not to make a quick decision. My husband and I with my brother in law started walking in the lot and Stephen walked up and started a conversation with us. My husband was telling him I was just looking for a vehicle. You know there’s always a lot to choose from. So Stephen asked me questions about what I’m looking for he. Stephen was so polite and patient. I was just so confused, I wasn’t sure. He asked us to come inside to see what they have in stock for the price range and what I was looking for. As soon as we sat at his desk, he brought us some waters, even though I’m not a purified water drinker, and I did drink that water by the way Stephen was very thoughtful, He even brought a chair for my brother-in-law which he never sat in and I’m sorry by the way lol. We were sitting down and went through the list and I saw a couple of vehicles that I did not want and what I did want however, we took the first vehicle out it was a 2025 Nissan Murano, let me mind you it was the vehicle that my husband chose in what he liked. It was not what I wanted for real lol m. I really wanted something bigger. I’m a big boy truck type of woman. We took the Nissan Murano for a ride first. I feel bad for Stephen because he had to deal with my driving. Don’t get me wrong. I’m not a bad driver lol. At first, it was a little weird because I’m used to driving a 1998 Chevy suburban so it’s not the same as driving a new vehicle. When we got back to the dealer, we wanted to test out a few more vehicles, but we only tested out one more and that was Nissan Pathfinder it was very nice. The length and space is what I would’ve wanted for a SUV However, once we got back I had my heart set on the Marano that I bought. It was a calling me land telling me that I needed to get this vehicle and I even asked Stephen, What do you think I should do and he gave me his honest opinion and told me that I should stick with the Marano. So I did!! There were several people looking at the same vehicle that I was, but since it was my calling and with the help of Stephen, I am so thankful that I got the Nissan Murano. I am in love!!! I just want to give an Recognition to Stephen, he is so amazing!! He helped me out so much since day one and even after. He is loyal to everything that he does for all customers at Nissan. He is very family oriented as much as the whole entire Nissan dealership at Benton Nissan. Benton Nissan employees are all about being like family. Honestly, they broke everything down for us in the way that you need to know and they answer any questions and concerns that you might have. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle! Thank you for being a part of my family.

My experience was exceptional! Stephen was the best. Love that guy. I will definitely be back to see him if I ever need another car or truck. Tell him I have only gotten it up to 85. And it drives like a dream, just need to figure out all the gadgets. Thanks Stephen. P/S. All the people there were friendly and helpful.

Sean was wonderful, I went to see about trading up, successfully. I love my like new Buick, it’s a beautiful red color and everything was handled like I was spending a fortune instead of an upgrade. Between Sean and Stephen in the finance end I got a car I have wanted for some time. Great experience and worth the drive from Christiana down. Even my granddaughter I get to pick up from school was excited about Mimi’s new car. “She stated I new it was red, I love it” high praise from a 6 year old who loves Pink. ❤️
